High-Altitude Farm

Located 2,600 meters (8,500 feet) above sea  level, our farms are positioned in a pristine,  high-altitude green environment that contributes  to the unique characteristics of our cheeses. 

Single Herd

 Our cheeses are made from the milk of a single  herd of cows and goats, ensuring consistency  and purity in every batch 

Free-Range –Pasture feed

The animals are allowed to roam freely, grazing  on the fresh, lush pastures of the northern  Andean highlands. This free-range feeding is  key to the superior quality and taste of our milk
